Love the girls always polite and happy. I am very pleased with them. I give them a ten plus Always available to answer questions and help. Had my hearing device's for 3 years and they always have been there when I needed them.

Just had my hearing checked at Hear Right Canada in Brighton. I was nervous about the test. Jen was nice,friendly and professional and put my mind at ease. She told me everything she was going to do and repeatedly asked if I was "ok" with what was happening. Very professional and caring. Will definitely recommend Hear Right Brighton to family and friends.

These people take service to a whole new level. I had purchased some very expensive hearing aids from one of their competitors. The service was terrible and after more than a year they were still not right. A friend recommended I go to Miracle Ear in Ingersoll. The folks in Ingersoll gave me excellent service. They spent a lot of time making it my hearing aids right. I was amazed at the time and care I received. They followed up on their work with subsequent visits, gave me batteries, sent my hearing aids away and took care of my warranty. All of this was done at no charge to me. They asked nothing in return. They truly cared about my hearing. If you care as much about your hearing as they do then this is where you should go.

My Mother got her hearing devices there. The patience of the staff is incredible. They where all very accomodating and knowledgeable!

Wasn't what I would call professional, on the phone and in person. Quite unpleasant and unhelpful. Not a welcoming environment. I'll never go back nor recommend.

My experience yesterday was above and beyond in terms of being helpful and instructive. Having been long involved with "Listen Up", I have been served by three offices over the years. Very good experience.
