Hearing Aid

New name but same great service. The ladies here, or should I say hear, 😀 bent over backwards to help me with my 84 year old mother when it was time for new hearing aides. They got her the simplest operating ones that are still an excellent product. Exactly what I needed because it's me that has to communicate with her. 😀

Laura, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I had my hearing checked once before but was apprehensive (they were nice but I felt uncomfortable). Jennifer gave me the hearing test and explained everything she was going to do ahead of time. Once the test was done she explained the results and how hearing aids could help me. She explained the different costs, kinds and what they did. I originally chose the total in-ear hearing aids. When I returned for my follow-up appointment two weeks later, I explained that I didn't like the ones I had chosen and could I change them. I was quite surprised that there was absolutely no problem and no extra cost. I now have the over the ear style and am very happy with them. My experience with Listen-UP Simcoe, was painless, informative and satisfying.

My 5 year old had to go for a hearing test and the lady who did it was great with him he honestly thought we went there so they could play the bird chirp game 😀

I had a hearing test done and I passed with flying colors. Found the receptionist to be courteous and helpful and the individual who performed the test very professional and did not mind at all that I had the test.

Jim and Georgia are two caring and very knowledgeable professionals with whom I have much trust. I recommend them highly.

It was simply a wonderful experience. The office was cordial. There was strict adherence to the details of the hearing problem. The high technology and the knowledge of The audiologist,Greg Watson, was highly impressionable. The service was superb. I would highly recommend Beltone on Washington Avenue, Batavia, N.Y. It's great to hear again. I don't think people realize that, they are slowly losing their hearing. There are so many variables and types of hearing loss. Make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

Shopped around, saved quite a bit coming here.

Very nice people work here a d they are quick and quite on the ball about letting you know what is wrong with your hearing.. I was very satisfied with the information I received and knew I had a hearing problem that they found as well. The only thing that shocked me was the price of hearing aids . You have to loan out a kidney to afford them. The cheapest ones I could get were $3700.00 with the $1000.00 that the government takes off. $500.00 / ear. You have to be well off to afford these. Ouch! Who knows when I will get hearing aids now. Don't want to get a loan at the bank for them. I'm not working anymore so I don't have an excess of cash floating around to pay the bill. Oh well!

The staff was very professional. Sonya answered all relevant questions and then some.
