Dr. Keating is very helpful without being pushy. He loaned me a pair of hearing aids to try out while traveling for a week and it was enough to convince me that it was time for me to get my first pair.

The woman working there today is an angel. I believe her name is Candie (if I read her name tag correctly.) A dear friend of mine is a Vietnam veteran and was waiting for VA beaurocracy to come through while he suffered without his working hearing aid. Finally, we got fed up and by chance I just walked in here and she took one look at the hearing aid, fixed it, and sent me on my way. All in the span of like, 10 minutes. And now my friend isn't isolated in his own world with no one to talk to. Today was a great day thanks to her.

The receptionist Brenda is so friendly, helpful and AMAZING! I would definitely say that she goes out of her way to help everyone that walks in the door! Dr. Galloway is very friendly, professional and definitely knows everything about hearing aids. I would recommend Canadian Hearing Care to everyone I know.

Stephanie Sykes at Nexgen Hearing in Penticton does everything in her power to make sure you get what you came for to improve your hearing ,with hearing aides that are right for you. Having to have hearing aide for about 13 years I understand what hearing aides are capable of, but had a hard time trying to explain to my wife. Stephanie allowed my wife to sit in on an appointment and explained to my wife in ways I couldn't, so now she understands a lot more about what I have to deal with. Every appointment I have had with Stephanie she always makes me feel that I have all the information before I leave the office and if not I can call them for what ever reason. I am %100 satisfied with being a client at Nexgen Hearing's Penticton office. Stephanie also works out of Summerland. I will recommend her to anybody and have to anyone who have asked!
