Dr. Jennifer Schneider and staff are the best! She really takes all the time needed to ensure that my hearing aids are perfect for my hearing needs. After I purchased my 1st pair of aids 6 years ago, She set my aids at a lower level than my prescription to that I could adapt easily to hearing sounds that I had not heard for years. I came back several times and she increased the levels slightly each time until I was at my prescription strength. So when I decided to buy a new pair due to big improvements in the technology, I did not hesitate to go back to The Audiology Center. Once again, Dr. Schneider took all the time needed to make sure that my aids and ComPilot (bluetooth device) were EXACTLY the way that I wanted them. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider and The Audiology Center without reservation!

I had Jennifer Rose as a social worker and she impacted my son’s life more than all other teachers combined. She got through to him and taught him empathy, manners, and to join a group and play and share just like every other kid... when no one else could. Before her he was always kinda anxious and not knowing how to interact kindly or even at all. I feel deeply indebted to her services and I know she cared for my bot, but for these amazing teachers it’s just all in a days work, so humble and gracious. I wish people, parents, students etc. respected and gave them the praise, thanks, and realize the hardworking ability they have to help your child while giving all they have to do just that!!!

Professional testing and dispensing, helpful office staff, easy parking, encouraged to ask questions and return for service, supplies or advice. A pleasant experience all round.
