Hearing Aid

Staff are very professional. Prices are much lower than some hearing aid specialty stores. Follow up policy for adjustments and repairs is great. Suggest you give them a try.

I do not write reviews on the internet, this is my first. I’m doing this because I want people walking in the door of NexGen to know the kindness of the staff, their understanding, and their sensitivity to distress. I was made to feel comfortable.

It's been almost 3 years since I got my hearing aid from Hear Again Solutions. I am very impressed about the after sales services that I received. I always get a phone call reminding me about my upcoming appointment and I don't recall that I have to wait at the clinic. Doris, the Audiologist, is very friendly, patience, & professional. I felt that I was well taken care of since the first day I walked in their clinic. Keep up the good work!

Quantum Hearing has exceptional customer service with far reasonable prices than competitors. My appointments were always a pleasant experience. The audiologist(Dr Attaee) who fitted both my ears was friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry. He was through in all aspects of the examination and fitting of the hearing aids. My basis of comparison is two other famous Vancouver hearing centre and the last 6 years support after sale.

I received my first hearing aids from Reza Ataee about two months ago, and my experience dealing with him was excellent. He is very personable, efficient and professional. On a recent visit to make some adjustments, he was able to see me very quickly and provide the necessary service at no charge. I highly recommend Quantum Hearing Clinic.

Can't say enough about the care given to my Mom at Connect Hearing. Thank you especially to staff member Fimina who went above and beyond in making sure my Mom's lost hearing aid was replaced as quickly as possible. HEAR AT HOME certainly fulfils all the needs to improve your hearing, and does it right where you live. I’ve been a client for a number of years and I love their caring attention to my needs. Very knowledgeable (and patient) audiologist. Patient, as I was so ambivalent about buying hearing aids at all. When I finally made up my mind, she helped me understand how to wear and care for my new hearing aids. I will certainly recommend this HearingLife centre.

Don’t waste your time technician is useless

The practitioner is great, he took the time to do my hearing test and was very professional. The customer services is great, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for help with their hearing.
