Very kind and polite receptionist. My doctor was 10 min behind the schedule and she was so apologetic and gave me a small coffee gift card. Actual appointment went very smooth as well, she explained well and took time to listen and discuss my concern.

Hello everyone , Just please don't go there. I've called for an appointment and described the exams that i had to get and asked how much money i have to bringand she told me that was free, at the end she asked me 50 plus for PRINTING the report ... As well they didnt updated the hours in google so i had to wait one hr because they take a lunch break between 12 and 1,as well they treated me as a poor bastard when i didnt had the money on me to pay.... Cheers

My new Oticon hearing aids are amazing, the sound quality is superb. Now, I am not asking everybody to repeat what they have said to understand them; and when I answer the phone I know who I am speaking with. These are a vast improvement over my last set. Thanks, Ken

Hi Mandy, I just want to drop you a note to express how grateful I am that you talked me into purchasing the latest generation of hearing aids. I first thought it was not necessary but my wife convinced me to go forward....What a difference both in direct hearing as well as within noisy venues. I had the last hearing aids for five years...5 years to long as far as I am concerned. I would also commend your office in the after purchase customer care. As a company you are in thew business of selling your productr but what sets one company from another is the ongoing customer care and your asssociates are incredibly helpful and have taken "immediate" care of any problems or adjustments as necessitated, which I am very thankful for. I will definetly recommend your services to any friends that might in conversation say "what is that you said?" or "can you speak a little louder" as a frustrated me USED to do . Got my custom ear plugs for travelling. Took a gravel and anti anxiety medication, Slept like a baby on the plane for a 23 hour flight. Only time I woke up was when they served food. Great quality, worth getting if you have trouble sleeping. I have sleep apnea and light sleeper. This helps deep sleep

I was super happy with Lindsey and her staff - what excellent service! Getting a hearing aid was a bit emotional for me, given my young age, but she helped me through the entire process. Her approach was genuine and friendly, and it was obvious she was very knowlegable. I was super happy with my hearing aid - having my hearing restored was life changing. I would highly recommend NexGen!

Had custom hearing protection ordered from here. If the filters break I recommend getting replacement filters elsewhere.

My mom is 82 and her ears were extremely plugged with ear wax. Due to health issues it was not possible to get her in to see her doctor to have them flushed out. Stopped in at Burntwood Hearing in the old Cranbrook Mall and asked if the owner would come to my mom's house instead. The answer was YES=). Mom was a bit nervous until she met him. His quiet easy manner put her at ease and he cleaned out both ears. She is very happy with the experience! We will definitely have him back again if her ear(s) get plugged again. Nice to see a professional who is able to help out someone who is house bound.
