Hearing Aid

This is the Nanaimo Health Unit. Hearing tests are just one of the MANY services they offer. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Both of my children have had their hearing tests done here. They also for the hearing tests in schools for all Kindergarten children and if follow up is needed, you go to the clinic at the health unit. They have many other services. This is where my children got their vaccinations anf we met with Public health nurses as well.

Luigi provided excellent and professional service. I have been to other, less qualified hearing specialists and received poor advice that seemed aimed at selling me expensive hearing aids. Luigi's service is more about giving sound professional advice based on real hearing science. Highly recommended.

I love this wonderful new building! The staff went above and beyond here for me today and I really appreciate it! I highly recommend this centre and will be back if I’m ever in the area again. The local residents are lucky to have such an amazing location and service so close!

I recently called Sunshine Coast Hearing to get assistance for an elderly gentleman at Christensons Village. Although he was not a client of theirs, the woman on the phone was ever so helpful and got Joe up and running with his hearing aids by giving us a few simple tips over the phone. We had purchased hearing aids from a clinic in Post Falls recommended by our physician. The tech was clueless. After throwing away $5,000 after a year went to Costco, with trepidation. Meghan was our tech and so knowledgeable and helpful. For half the price it has been superb. This is the place to go!
