Hearing Aid

I recently brought my father in for cleaning and adjustments of his Beltone hearing aids. This was our first time in this office and we felt as if we were at home from the moment we walked in the door. The staff was wonderful from the first call I made all the way through the appointment. We received excellent service . If I could give the staff 10 stars I would.

Joe Cash and Lisa are the consummate professionals. Lisa’s greeting was warm and sincere when we registered. Joe made me feel at ease and is genuinely concerned and compassionate about his clients/patients. A great experience. Of course, it helped in that I taught Joe’s son in school and have known them for several years. It’s wonderful to hear clearly again. And, my wife is happy. I no longer have to have the volume turned way up on the TV to watch and listen to the Braves games. I turn it to a minimum and can hear the broadcasters just fine.

Dr. E. Robin Bohannon is very professional, competent, fixed the hearing aid of my dad very quick with the properly adjustment. Blessings for him and gracias!

Robin was first Audiologist back in 90s.. It's hard for me to put into words his understanding, kindness, ever so willing to help in our struggle to hear. Needless to say if you require this need you will be forever grateful to see Robin. In fact after all these years I am about to call on him again.
