Everyone can get a hearing test here for free and yes, be aware they will try and sell you hearing aids. Shoe stores sell shoes but in either case nobody is forced. I took my mom here twice for cleaning of her existing hearing aid. Celeste at the front desk treated her like a Queen. They cleaned, adjusted and gave her batteries- no charge and no pressure. We went back on our own to have the free hearing test and were treated professionally by a friendly knowledgeable expert technician named Brad. We were not forced or coarsest and made a purchase of our choice. My mom is very happy with her hearing aid, the new technology is mind blowing. She even has a remote control to adjust the volume PLUS it’s GPS and Bluetooth comparable. They offer a replacement plan, lifetime service appt and battery discount. We are impressed and very satisfied. Thank you.

My husband got his hearing aides here and if it comes time for me to get them I would go nowhere else. Everything about this place is great and Natalie could not be more helpful.

Very pleased with the store and product. I had to go to 2 different ENT doctors for hearing loss. I made the decision after doing research to go to miracle ear. My first visit with Ms Ashley was excellent. She took time to go over what the specialist didn't tell me. The exam she gave me was more in detail also. She took the time to go over all information about my hearing loss and aids. She and her staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend this office to anyone.
