The hearing instrument specialist that work in the Ellijay office are great. I have seen 2 different ones and very much like them both. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.I would give them both 5 stars. My problem is when you call the number to make an appointment, I find them rude, inefficient and act like they could care less if they helped you or not. I have made appointments for the Ellijay office (overheard and verified by family members) only to find out the day of the appointment that it was not properly processed and I had no appointment. The people who answer the phone are the first contact with customers so it is the first impression made by Audibel which is a bad and non professional one. Please find people who want to work and show it through their attitude.

Absolutely the best hearing care available. I spent thousands on hearing aids I could not wear but that all changed once I went here. I now have my hearing back and hearing aids I can actually wear all the time. Dr. King went the extra mile to make sure I was fitted with hearing aids that actually worked even in noisy rooms.
