Hearing Aid

I've been a patient of audibel hearing aids for several years they were my first choice when I knew that I needed assistance with my hearing. I received an appointment appropriately and after examination found them I had significant hearing loss Advance purchase my first set of hearing aids from them. And use them successfully for several years when I received the recent invitation to try out the new ones that were out now I went in and was so well pleased I purchase the updated version that was available at the time and fell in love with them. I recently had a problem with them and when I call for repair service I received an time to come in for repairs and I was welcome to the office and received proper attention to my problem which was quickly fixed and I was on my way home.

Tiffany and her team go beyond basic care to insure all their patients get the very best care. Great staff and very friendly... Highly recommend to everyone.... They are great with kids as well.

I am an educator, and I am insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Purchasing a hearing aid WITH insurance is a very expensive endeavor. However, I have a friend who has a set of hearing aids that have barely been used. She offered them to me and explained that I would have to get them fitted for my ears. Before making an appointment, I called my insurance provider to ask if my $1500 allowance for hearing aids covered fitting of hearing aids (my friend offered to me). The provider contacted ENT and then returned my call to give me the good news that, "YES," I was covered. When I was tested by the audiologist, I explained this situation. She balked at my claim and stated that they would have to do a follow up with my insurance provider. This was completed while I was at ENT. Once again, this time in writing ... it was confirmed that I was covered ... 100%! Today I get a call that ENT has received the parts for the fitting of my hearing aids ... but I would have to come up with $300. The audiologist stated that her boss did not feel comfortable with billing my provider in fear that "they might change their mind." Forget about empathy or five-star service here. I need hearing aids, but I am a single dad trying to scratch by every month. ENT does not care about YOU!

I think the doctor there is the one with a hearing problem.

Very impressed and pleased with my first experience here; front desk helpful and efficient, and Audiologist Kerry Cohen is absolutely the best there is: smart, capable, caring, good listener, excellent care provider. I highly recommend them and her!

Professional specialist answered all of our questions and explained results, options, and choices in a way that way easy to understand. No sales pressure! The entire experience was pleasurable, comfortable, and fast! I highly recommend!
