Hearing Aid

I can't believe the price and the quality of the hearing aids. The service is amazing. I am a veteran and did not realize that I could qualify for hearing aids with the VA. Affordable Care did try and when I did not qualify I was helped with the Hearing for Heroes. This program was exclusive with Affordable Care. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased my initial hearing aid from an out of town business. Recently they were unable to supply me with ear tips, so I went to the Goderich ListenUp office. "Ashley" was very helpful and directed me to a local supplier who had these particular ear tips available. Because of this favorable first impression, it was natural for me to return to ListenUp when I needed two new hearing aids. "Kristen" explained every step of the hearing test, and then the result of the test itself. She was friendly and professional. I felt she understood my concerns and took the time needed to discuss my options. She suggested sources that were available to me to help defray the cost of the aids. My hearing aids arrived within days. Kristen demonstrated their function, applications and maintenance in a clear manner. I am delighted with this product; very comfortable and effective, well worth every penny I paid , considering how it is enhancing my every day quality of life. My wife has just recently purchased her second pair of hearing aids from Dr. Andrzejewski and has been completely satisfied with her experience. While at her office I mentioned that my left hearing aid wasn't working due to a broken wire on the inner ear receiver and that I was going to have to make an appointment with the VA in Buffalo to get it taken care of; Renee replaced it for me at no charge. A few weeks later when my wife and I went back in to pick up her new hearing aids, my right one appeared to have a non functional microphone, she again repaired it for me, and again at no charge. Both of my hearing aids were provided to me thru the VA in Buffalo which is where I would have had to go had she not taken care of me as well as my wife. So we are very satisfied and Thankful for her services.
