Just picked up my new hearing aids. Hearing is amazing...glad I finally made the decision to get them this time. Service was efficient and informative. Dana was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for giving me back my hearing and allowing me to hear all the birds again!

Extremely patient and supportive.

I developed Tinnitus in my early twenties as a result of my military service. Several E.N.T. specialists and audiologists told to go home and live an active life and try to forget about the ringing in my ears. After twenty years of suffering with this condition I tried one more time to see an audiologist and booked an appointment with Professional Audiology Services in Bedford. Peter took an interest in finding a treatment for my Tinnitus and he and Laura fine-tuned hearing aids that made it considerably easier to live with my condition. The continued high level of care that I receive from Professional Audiology Services is always appreciated. I never give 5 stars but they deserve that rating.

After dealing with a few of the upper valley hearing aids providers I went to Springfield hearing aids and I am so glad I went. Jim and his staff are total pro’s and know what they are talking about. My last hearing aids that I purchased before Springfield were sent back 6 times or more with various problems. I know Jim will take care of me, these hearing aids work much better and I will send everyone one I know to Springfield Hearing Aid Center.

Dr Ann Marie Olsen is an exceptional audiologist. Dr Olsen has consistently been there for my daughter by helping her obtain accommodations she needed in school. Highly recommend Dr Olsen and Sophisticated Hearing, LLC.

Finding out you need hearing aids is overwhelming. When it came down to a decision I called to make a appointment at Avenir on Mountain Rd. The staff was awesome they made me feel like I mattered .I sat with Laudia LeBlanc Audiologist she was so easy to talk with and very understanding. When I picked up my hearing aid she made sure I was comfortable with all the information she gave me. As a first time with hearing aids I was very pleased to say they made me feel special. Thanks you all you are a great bunch🙉🙉🙉

Don't go. Very expensive and they can't take no for an answer. Was kept there being nice way too long then decided to just get up and go.
