Hearing Aid

Well I received in the mail a letter for a free hearing test. I figured why not. Altough my husband did factor in on my going. He's alway saying I can't hear. And having worked in the hair industry for 40 years I figured my hearing my be affected. With all the use of the blow dryers . So I called up and made an appointment. The schedulers were very nice and accommodating because I had only certain days that I could go. The day came and I went the test was quick and easy. And to my surprise my hearing is prefect. So I asked why is it that my husband always sounds like he's mumbling.she told me their are alot of significant studies that note that people who have heart disease and or diabetes tend to have problems with their hearing long before there eye sight.which can cause them to mumble . They now believe that Everyone should have their hearing checked once a year like your eye sight because the little hairs in the ear are even more sensitive then the eyes to blood flow. So everyone should be going . I was very happy with my visit.

I have called these people numerous times to get my mother off their mailing list. She never lived in CT and I don't know why they keep sending silicotion mail to my house in her name. Apparently they don't listen very well. In addition she has recently passed away and it's just a slap in the face everytime a piece of mail shows up in her name. My best description of these people at this point is ambulance chasers! I really hate companies like this!

Rick is a very good audiologist. But be prepared to shell out up to $7000 yourself and wait to be reimbursed. In my case Zenith said they submitted. United Healthcare said they did not and I am stuck in the middle. Advice is to find another hearing aid center that takes care of getting themselves reimbursed and doesn't require patient to pay upfront.

At the Oak Lawn facility Hearing Specialists Debbie and Alana give excellent care, kindness and great knowledge to hearing needs. Donna, the receptionist is both courteous and helpful to the patients at this facility. Having worn Aids for 25+ years and some from a different Business I feel I can compare the service given by Miracle Ear and they stand out as best in all ways. I am grateful for all they offer in making my hearing impairment better.

Not sure if this is the Gardeners rd one I went to but everything was good except your prices are way higher than normal!

The most caring and kindest of professionals I have ever encountered.They leave no problem to remain without solution. I am very grateful as They have brought back to me my hearing.

My father has gone to Hearing Health USA for several years, but a couple of years ago the company opened an office in Oneida. As my Dad is a resident of Oneida and no longer drives this has proven to be very convenient. Michelle is wonderful and always takes the time to answer my questions and remind me of my Dad's appointments. Quite often I have a concern about my Dad (an example is adjustments to his hearing aids) and Michelle is always accommodating and makes sure that she notes things to be discussed with Brian. Brian is always very professional and has always taken the time to contact me with concerns. The service and care my father receives from Hearing Health USA (Michelle and Brian) is so very important to me. Thank you to both of them.

Had an excellent experience at Avenir Hearing. The staff is friendly and considerate, the service is extremely prompt, and the product is a big improvement over my previous hearing aid.
