Good information for hearing loss

The few times i have been here for hearing tests for work i have been treated awesome by everyone. Dawn is great to deal with and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with questions about new devices. I plan to upgrade soon due to age of my devices.

My father-in-law had great difficulty in hearing for almost 2 years as he had lost 80-90% of his hearing. He had quite poor quality of life and would be lost in social or family gatherings. Dr. Jing from "Hearing Health Center" completely transformed his hearing and the over all quality of life. He almost has a whole new life. Dr. Jing is very professional, courteous, takes great length of time to fine tune the frequencies to make things ideal for the patient helping them pair the hearing devices with your iPhone for better hearing the phone calls, tv programs. Also, was very help full when one of the device had malfunctioned, it was sent to the manufacturer and within a week we had the new device, programmed and ready to go. Its 5 star all the way!
