I have been going to Connect Hearing for over 3 years. John is a blessing. He is a gentle giant in the hearing aide department. Cindy is a plus also. John is there to help you hear better and his patience is awesome. I will and have recommended friends and family to him and they are very satisfied. Great hearing aids. There might be other great hearing aids on the market, but you can't beat the servive here: free quarterly checkups and cleaning, free extended warrentee. I have had minor issues that required the hearing aids to be sent to the factory for repair/replace, like the spring on the volume button went bad... I've not paid anything after the initial purchase. I even got a free loaner pair.

These reviews are accurate. I needed my dad’s hearing aids repaired so he could hear while he was in the hospital. Mike got them both going with no wait. This will be our go-to place for hearing aid help. Thanks Mike!

I LOVE Connect Hearing! I had to find a new place to go to for my hearing aids and I was referred to Connect Hearing. Derrick is awesome, does a great job working with my needs, and answers any questions I have promptly. They are always eager to serve, and you will not leave disappointed. I have been going to Morton Audiology since February 2017 when I first started using hearing aids. I have found Tessa to be very professional and attentive to my hearing needs. I would highly recommend Morton Audiology and Hearing Aid Center.

So, grandmothers hearing aids BOTH quit functioning between Christmas and New Years... they were under warranty, sent in and repaired... in the meantime apparently the computer system went down in Washington and they have yet to get it fixed, meaning for over 2 weeks they’ve been sitting on them with no way to get them working... try explaining that to a very angry and almost deaf 91 yr old... very disappointed with service

Always willing to help with any hearing issues. Professional and friendly service. Sells high quality equipment. Prompt service for anything that needs to be sent to the repair center. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing care.

There not worth the money!! Had a follow up appopintment that turned into only a ultrasonic cleaning on May 3, 2013 and they haven't work right since. They're not powered on half the time and they're going through batteries now everyday!
