Hearing Aid

I think the customer service at Miracle Ear is beyond excellent. Amanda greets all customers and knows them by name, if they have been there before. She knows why you are there and probably called you a few days before to remind you of your appointment. Sarah, the Audiologist is professional and very thorough at treating all types of hearing loss. Sarah is skilled at preforming hearing tests and evaluating the needs of a customer. I have had my hearing aids for about 4 years and they are preforming very well because Amanda cleans them when I have an appointment. I am a satisfied customer and told my son to check out Miracle Ear- Arnold. He did and he and his Father in Law are now customers. The hearing aids are good and the support is outstanding.

Very helpful. Joy went above and beyond reaching my doc. Very pleasant to work with. This company staff expained everything about the hearing aid to the payment plan to the hearing test. The audiologist set up the aids and again, like everyone else was patient and through. I love the aids.

Dr. Rebecca Anderson is Awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful to the patient. Explains everything thoroughly, clearly, and shows you each practice piece that requires replacing.

This a great place to get your hearing aids. I have been a Miracle-Ear costumer for a long time and it has been always a satisfying experience.

In my opinion, there aren't enough word of praise to describe all that Ursula does for those of us who need to test a large variety of hearing aids, have the molds made and have them adjusted and fine tuned for the best possible performance . Ursula has been doing all of the aforementioned for me for over 10 years. She has completely earned my trust and I would be very difficult to find anyone else who would be able to provide the reliable level of service she has given to me. -- GN

I am eating this entirely on my two phone calls with them. I am supposed to have an eye exam and a hearing but based on the rudeness both times I called, I cancelled and made my appointments at a faciluty that is friendly and wants their customers business.

Shaunna Colombo at Hearing Helpers is wonderful! Very kind and very helpful. I will recommend her to any one who need help finding hearing aids. She has done whatever she can to help me find what has worked best for my needs.

Miracle Ear on State is the best. The Pro’s have helped me tremendously. Starting with the foundation, and continuing with help to aid in my hearing. Very knowledgeable and with such kindness. I recommend Miracle Ear to anyone looking to find help in hearing loss.
