I didn't have an appointment but they worked me in. Pam is very helpful and friendly. Marty was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to all.

I searched and read reviews regarding Hearing World at Delano Court. I brought my mom to meet Mr.Mel Dermody,he is the Hearing Instrument Specialist. I was very impressed by his professionalism,courteous, attentive, and very informed of the Hearing Aids, which set of hearing aids would be a better fit for my mom ears, and how comfortable they would feel for her. Mr. Dermody answered all my questions,and concerns. I highly recommend this office,great location,and Professional Specialist.

My whole experience with Chicago Hearing Care was very satisfying. Amy who manages the office provided helpful information about referrals and insurance. Dr. Ullauri was very knowledgable as she completed a hearing assessment, reprogramed my hearing aids and provided clear instructions about the use of ancillary equipment to assist me. I was pleased by the overall care and concern this office provided. I highly recommend Chicago Hearing Care.

I went with my mom when she got her hearing aids at TK’s office and I couldn’t be happier. This is my mom’s 3rd set of hearing aids and they are so much better than anything else she has wasted her years with. Dr TK explained everything so well and was very diligent about making sure everything was perfect. His manners and professionalism were exceptional. I don’t think our experience could have been better unless we had come here 20 years ago and not wasted time and money on previous hearing aids. TK told my mom “welcome to the world of hearing” which couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you TK!

My experiences with the ISU Speech and Hearing Clinic have been wonderful. I bring my mother to Bloomington Normal for their hearing services from over an hour away because of the great care given to her by the graduate students and the supervising Audiologists. Everyone we have worked with has been extremely friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My mother and I enjoy giving students an opportunity to learn, and in turn, we feel she is benefiting from the most current research, technology, and comprehensive testing. The hearing aids she purchased have worked well at the nursing home and we are happy that they so similar to what she was previously wearing due to her Alzheimer’s.
