Very friendly staff made me feel right at home

While I am not a direct patient, Kim, and the staff at Lambton Audiology have been excellent to my family. My father & both of my grandfathers have had excellent care throughout the stages of measurement, fitting, training and aftercare & follow-up appointments. I am a little more careful about the levels of noise I am exposed to, but I know where I will be going should there be a need in the future. Excellent care, from people that really, obviously, care.

Dealing with Schneiker Audiology has been a great experience. I have been a customer since they opened and I can't say enough about how helpful they have been. The Resound product has made such a difference in the quality of my hearing. They sound so natural and don't have any of the "tininess" of other brands I have tried. I really appreciate the fact that the audiologists and technical support at Schneiker Audiology keep up on the latest advances in their fields and are always on top of the latest developments so they can make the best recommendations. Their customer service is first rate and I even enjoy the treats they have in the lobby.
