I have been a patient of NYC Hearing for more than 4 years. The audiologists are superb and the office staff is incredible -- always working with you to accommodate your needs and schedule.

Very friendly staff. They delt with a mom that was there in front of me that was being so obnoxious and they never lost their cool. And they take care credit.

The people at the center are good but had to get a membership to see them. Very disappointing.

In regard to Steffler Hearing Service. I can say that I was so happy, I cannot describe, Jennifer took care of my (problem) with an amazing professional service. If you have an issue with your hearing this is definitely the place to go, you will come out from the door as I did; very very satisfied. Got a pair of custom-molded musician earplugs from them (Bernafon - nice earplugs btw); the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to go over general ear care tips and provide a baseline hearing test too. I definitely can recommend Beck Hearing.

I can hear again! They do it all here. Dr. Janelle Kisiday tested me and reviewed the results with me immediately following the test. She showed me charts and graphs so I would better understand my hearing loss. She then suggested what type of hearing aids I would need, and let me try a pair of samples. In another appointment, I brought my wife, and Dr. Janelle reviewed everything with her. I gave the go-ahead, and the hearing aids come in a week later. Dr. Lisa Chandonais fitted me with the new hearing aids via computer and Bluetooth technology. I saw Dr. Janelle again to make adjustments, and I'm now hearing things I haven't heard in years. These two ladies are very professional, yet very down to earth and easy to deal with. Dr. Janelle had to check something out for me with the hearing aid manufacturer, and promised to email me the results. I received her very thorough email within hours. You want to shop around? By all means, go ahead. But make sure you visit these folks. Maybe you'll get the cheapest price on hearing aids from them, maybe you won't. But if you do some research, you'll find that, as usual, you get what you pay for. So if their hearing aids are more expensive than someone else's, there's a good reason. In any event, I guarantee you that you won't get better service anywhere else.
