Hearing Aid

So just received my hearing aids today after charging them and figuring them out the the easy to understand instructions. Have them on the volume of the Tv went way down, my wife now sounds like she is yelling, in which without I would have to read her lips because I could not hear her. This was a surprise to see them in the mail today, received a phone call earlier in the week, was told they were on back order and would not get them till early March. Thank you Advanced Affordable Hearing you have truly made my life easier. So it has been a month and they still work well but one problem I have experienced is there is something on the material that makes the back of my ears breakout, I have easily solved this by putting a thin layer of antibiotic cream on before putting on hearing aids, now I know it is coming from the hearing aids because I took them off for a week and it cleared up and when I put them back on the breakout was back by the end of the day. Using the cream prevents this.

The AccuQuest Hearing center, with the assistance of Sandy Danz, provided the utmost care and experience in providing my wife with the appropriate hearing aids. The service, including the follow up appointments to make sure hearing aids continued to work perfectly - was superb! I wish there were 10 stars to click for us to demonstrate how pleased we were! After being advised by my wife of 47 yrs that I needed to research hearing aids, as I was always blasting the TV a full volume, I was referred to Debbie Bond at American Hearing in Lincoln Center by my Daughter. While initially in denial my time with Debbie proved that I defiantly needed Hearing Aids. Debbie walked me through the testing process and we selected two Starkey Hearing Aids. I now have clear hearing to the point that my Wife is now asking me to turn the volume up on the TV. The after purchase customer service from Debbie and her team is fantastic, with every three month cleanings, while being available at anytime to assist with questions of this first time Hearing Aid user.
