Hearing Aid

My wife, myself, and a friend, all bought hearing aids this summer from Connect Hearing in Bridgewater. We all dealt with Marco Totto. He was first rate - knowledgeable, helpful, good-humoured, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Marco! Connect is lucky to have you.

I have been using Connect Hearing hearing aids since 2000. Over the years and several sets of hearing aids, i have learned that staff are committed to providing the best service possible. There has never been a time that they have not been able to effectively resolve any problem with my hearing aids. I can highly recommend their product and service.

I recently had my impressions done for some custom in ear monitoring headphones. My experience from my initial phone call all the way to me leaving the building was fantastic. I had a very professional yet informative audiologist but she also had a student who was finishing his program and got to have hands on experience with the process of doing the actual molding! Great job to Jessica and the whole team I interacted with in lower Sackville!

Friendly and caring staff...made to feel at ease during visit

Bad experience. After arguing about billing and payment. She changed her initial assessment of tinnitus to a milder rating. When questioned on this she provided a lame reason. Overall negative experience. She took a dim view of me from the moment I stepped in her office. Quite frankly, we were gobsmacked at the poor evaluation and weak assessment. Despite credentials indicating superior qualifications I strongly do not recommend.

I broke my hearing aid. I called and was offered immediate assistance, arrived to once again be welcomed. Not only did they take care of my needs, I left with a much better and sophisticated hearing aid. My experience has always been excellent at this Hearing Health Center

Excellent!!!!! The staff (Glenn Basso) was very professional, courteous , knowledgeable, and accommodating . All my questions were answered quickly and courteously . It was a pleasant experience and I didn't hesitate to recommend this company and the staff to my friends and family .
