Hearing Aid

Dealing with my hearing loss has been a huge challenge for me. Having previously dealt with 'other' hearing aid providers, I can say that there is no comparison. There is such compassion, genuine care, expertise, and excellence of care given by each member of the staff. There is not only professionalism, but genuine personal care. I know that whatever question I have will be thoroughly answered and addressed. I've recently moved two hours away, but plan to continue receiving my hearing aid assessments and adjustments form Hearing Health USA in Cicero as much as possible! I am grateful for each one of them!!

Sean O'brien is a professional and very thorough at what he does. I'm a truck driver and only home on weekends. Sean will make exceptions, like a Saturday visit if unable to be there during week days. 3 years with him and my hearing is great. He stands behind his products and satisfied only when your satisfied. I won't see anyone else...Thank you...your the best. UPDATE: Now has been 5 years seeing Mr. O'Brien and service has never changed. He has gone well beyond my expectations and doing everything possible to keep his customer's satisfied. I have lost a little more of my hearing, but haven't lost the best hearing aid provider to keep me tuned up. I'm like a classic car with an up to date sound system. Again, thank you Sean O'Brien.

I have been with Vista hearing for about 18 years and always dealt with Portia Wolfe. She is a great lady,and knows her stuff.

The doctor was thorough and took the time to listen to my hearing issues. I'll definitely be going back.
