Hearing Aid

I've been wearing Miracle-Ear hearing devices for one year now and have nothing but positive feedback for the hearing aids themselves as well as my hearing technician, Phyllis Lawton. The diagnostic testing, interpretation of that data, and the selection and fitting of the hearing aids have been exemplary. The follow up quarterly visits and annual exam make certain that I get the best performance out of the devices and allow me to "tweak" the various settings for music, noisey environments (i.e. restaurants), television, etc. Phyllis' friendly, cooperative nature only enhance the professionalism needed for working with hearing impaired clients. Besides the high quality of care provided by Phyllis, her assistant, Stephanie keeps me updated on approaching appointments and efficiently will reschedule my appointments if need be in a friendly manner. Hearing loss is traumatic and very concerning, but the guidance and assistance the team of Phyllis and Stephanie provide has made the problem much easier to cope with. We went to pick up My husband's hearing aids. It takes a little getting used to, but he's doing well.

They were great, as many people wearing hearing aids the prices are not adorable to people on retirement income.. 3000.00 or even $150.00 monthly. Do I give up my lights and food for 20 months. Keeping it real! !!

I did not want to go!!! In June it will be three years and I couldn't be more pleased!!! I can't predict the future, but my experience could not have been better with this company. Chris Murch
