I have been a patient of Dr. Todd for several years and she has changed my life! My first set of hearing aids were a miracle. I could hear so many every day sounds that I didn’t know I was missing. I no longer had to ask people to repeat what they said. I am now on my second set and the technology is even better! Dr Todd has been great from the beginning! She is a miracle worker! I really hope the Dr. Reads this. So I was looking for a good Dr. to discuss my hearing with and do a general hearing check up. So I called this place, it was the first one I called. They helped my mom when she was in town and wanted to have her hearing aids checked and they were very helpful. Back to my call, the person that answered the phones was very professional and as helpful as they could be but could not answer all my questions but put me on hold to get answers. My question was how much would a general hearing test cost (no bells no whistles), so she put me through to the person who supposedly knows the insurance. The person was polite and professional but said sorry I cant tell you, call your insurance company. I said ok, buh bye. So i went down the next place that does Diagnostics on Audio issues and they were very helpful, they answered the question with the usual caveats. Point is they asked me my insurance and quoted me an estimate. You Dr. at Knecht Audiology should really look at getting your insurance people some training on how to not turn customers away, if other places can make it easy on the customer to get them in the door there is no reason your people can't be doing the same. You lost me and my family for life. Can you hear me NOW!!!

I am very excited for my appointment. I am aware I might not be able to get to afford a hearing aid but to no there is something out there to help my one ear finally be able to hear clearly gives me the chills and here is why... A couple years ago I swore to the father of my child that she may have been tone deff as I am. I asked a doctor if her speech was sounding clear to her because I had a hearing loss when a infant. The doctor had said "of course. The after math was my daughter was perfectly alert and then the Dr turned to me and said you need to get your hearing checked out. Now my daughter is at the age three and I still can not understand her it just sounds like mumbles. Thank you Jesus for this blessing.

I was referred to Audibel per a brochure i received from the phone Co Pioneers. Had a very pleasant experience. Glenna front desk receptionist very nice to talk to explained things well even when she first contacted me by phone. Dr. Jackie that did the evaluation hearing/ bone test is very nice & explained everything before, during & after testing. Thank goodness i only had a little hearing loss but not enough i felt like for a hearing aid. But we agreed together to fo check up next yr. & i sure will do that as I think is very important just like getting your eyes checked. Thanks again to the staff for a pleasant experience.
