Patti at Acute Hearing is very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The hearing aids are pretty expensive. However, sometimes you may not have much choice but to buy the best.

Kricket Audiology consisting of DR Kricket Smith AuD and Dr Nancy Mills AuD are outstanding they took over a office where i had gotten my original hearing aids they were defective they brought a factory rep in and i got news ones at no charge to me because mine were still in warranty they ran tests to match the ones for my hearing problem . The new one"s work great and if i need help one phone call and they have me in the office right away and the problem is fixed they know what they are doing they are a great team i can trust them for all my hearing needs

I’ve been going to this location for several years now! This is my go to location if i ever need anything done for my hearing aids. Lisa is my audiologists and i can trust her opinion what she thinks will work with my hearing loss. The staff are overall amazing and will always recommend them!!

I gave a five because my experience was so pleasant and the Dr. was so nice and the receptionist was also. I suggest if someone needs a hearing test that they try them. It was a nice experience given i was so nervous

My husband bought his first hearing aid at a well known company. They were big & bulky and nor easy to wear. After 2 years they told him he would have to buy another pair because they couldn't make his stronger (which they told us they could) They would have been even bigger! We went to Help U Hear on Kenwood Rd. The customer service was much better, they had smaller hearing aid that he could adjust for being at a sports events, restaurant & being on the phone. We're very happy with the service & product.

FANTASTIC customer service ... and I'm not even a customer, technically! The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming. When I'd called the previous day, they were courteous and informative. Dr. Garrett Mayhugh, the audiologist new to this office, went way, Way, WAY beyond and above what I could have hoped for. I live in the middle of nowhere but I was in Cincinnati visiting family. I've been needing to get a thorough hearing test ... something that wasn't simple to do where I live. The folks at Connect Hearing told me that they could do that even though I'm not a customer. Dr. Mayhugh not only performed the hearing test but, upon realizing that the aids I'd purchased from another organization and have been using for nearly two years had an issue that needed to be addressed, not only solved the issue that could have been costly for me had it not been resolved, he reprogrammed my aids to the results of the new test to save me the need to make more trips to get that done back home. Kenwood, Ohio Connect Hearing staff ... you guys are incredible!!! I mentioned above that I'm not as customer but, honestly, I have to admit that if I need any audiological care in the future when in Cincinnati, I DEFINITELY know where to go for GREAT service!

I’m leaving one star just so I can leave a review. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude, nasty, and unprofessional. They cancelled on my grandfather because his wife with Alzheimer's wasn’t able to come with him. It sounded like they just wanted double up and sell more than one set of hearing aides. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP THE ELDERY. What if my grandma would’ve been dead? Would they still see my grandpa then!? This place is a true scam!!!

Ad said free trial, after wasting my time and fuel that was not true. You buy them , and can return in 30 days if dissatisfied
