Hearing Aid

My friend Ron, Purchased hearing aids at the Portage location (Milham rd). Took right hearing aid in for repair. Lost by someone and they don't want to own up to the loss. Had nothing but GREAT service and very friendly staff prior to this. Since, been hung up on and disrespected by the Portage store. Know Dave Leitz who's the Practitioner and he's Awesome!! Now working with him and the staff here at the St Joesph Location. They seem very friendly and eager to resolve this problem!!

Very impressed. Locally owned and operated. Little overhead so can pass on the savings. Mike was very personable. We were glad to get our devices for our Dad who had been hesitant to go. Thumbs up!

Professional and friendly service

Pete runs the place and he is awesome! 👏.. Great place to shop

I changed to Anthem Insurance to get the $3,000 a year hearing aid benefit. Anthem sent me to Advanced hearing Technology in New Haven Indiana. I saw Michael Hetrick. I am very pleased with the service Michael provided. Michael was very patient and extremely helpful. I love that nation's paid for my two brand new hearing aids and extended the one-year warranty to 3 years. Nations provided me with quite a few hearing aid batteries and three follow-up appointment at no charge. I used all three follow-up appointments and each time Michael adjusted my hearing aids to make them better for me. Michael paid attention to all the details and explained everything to me very carefully. He even offered me bottled water on several visits when I look thirsty.

Lowe Audiology is a great place to go for hearing care. The office is comfortable and easy to access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Burkle is thorough, careful, and focused on the patient. He keeps current with hearing technology advances, listens to my description of any hearing issues, works to resolve those issues, and helps me protect my hearing going forward. I got my first Siemens hearing devices--purchased through Lowe Audiology about six years ago--and I love them. They are nearly invisible, and they keep me confident in my hearing ability at home, in the car, and in any public situation. Plus they help me hear soft nature sounds when I am outdoors. Dr. Burkle always checks them and helps me keep them in excellent working condition. I highly recommend Dr. Burkle and the staff at Lowe Audiology. If you have hearing issues or questions, don't wait. Go see Dr. Burkle.

Love this store. Best merchandise and very helpful employees.

Great service and education on hearing. I recommend Chuck to everyone. He goes out of his way to explain details in ways even the non-medical people can understand!
