I been tellibg these morons that 12 year old cocker spaniel is getting mail from them. I told them over a year ago and still get mailings, Theresa wanted my home address and said without giving her the address my dog will still get mailings. Really, this is what's wrong with technology, people get stupider. They must of gotten my dogs name from a 11 year old data base and think they are targeting the hard of hearing, if and when I ever need a hearing aid it will not be from this dumb ignorant people.

Terrible terrible terrible came in to Troy store got my hearing checked was told needed hearing aids OF COURSE went ahead bought them paid cash was told free checks and supplies for 3 years called to make an appointment in mid June was told not eligible until mid July I’d have to wait mid July showed up at Troy and there’s a note on the door they are closed. Great way to do business☹️ Called Sidney this morning was told I had to pick them up they won’t mail them. Wow that’s convient and Great Customer Service. NOT. So now I can pick them up on a Tue night before 7 When you call in they are not friendly or understanding at all and so much for getting your check up and having your hearing aids checked I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone very rude and unprofessional

Was referred to this place by my doctor, The problem I have is not with the doctor , but with the lady out front. the first visit she was rude, but in a way that could be over looked, just figured she was having a bad day, we all do. The second visit was for a warranty problem. When I walked in she started laying papers out showing me my insurance, I do know there is smoothing that is a little different about it, and its hard to understand, I started to explain , and she just kept talking over me, so I wrote it off as some people haft to be right, BUT SHE IS WRONG.. So my wife called her, and she hung up on her, when she started to explain what was going on. this all could have been so easy, now i guess its the state medical board and many others. I think the entire thing was to not use the warranty on my hearing aids . Have no clue really its all just crazy
