Hearing Aid

I came to Dr. Greenway for just a normal hearing check and I couldn't have been more impressed. Not only was she very knowledgable about what she was doing but she also helped to explain the results to me in a way I could understand. Most of the doctors I have dealt with are condescending but this was definitely not the case here. Dr. Greenway was a pleasure and so was Chuck the receptionist. I will definitely come back!

I have visited several hearing doctors in my adult life and can confidently say that you will never find the level of care that Dr. Harless provides! Worst place I have ever took my mom to!! They have no clue what they are doing! Took the hearing aids in to be fixed and they handed them back and said they were fixed! Wrong!! They did not even fix them!! Don't go there!!! Waste of time and money!!!

I have been wearing aids in both ears for 6 years due to 20 years in the Air Force working aircraft engines. The VA was no help. They kept denying. Referred to an off base specialist. That individual was more interested in hospital work than individual service. Went to Miracle Ear in 2015 for new aids. Met Joel Gross there. I bought aids and their insurance plan (Ambassidore Club). I have had an appointment for check up every 4 months at no cost. The first set of aids from the first Audiologist I had to wait weeks to be seen. Joel Gross always takes me in for a correction, on the spot. This service is 2nd to none. They are the very best you could hope for.

Sarah was the best very customer oriented very informative, she went above and beyond in making sure I was happy and that she would be there to help me with any future needs. Thank you Sarah!!!
