Was having some problem with my hearing and got a offer for a free hearing test from Beltone. Set my appointments up. Found I did have a hearing loss. Kayla did a fantastic job of fitting me with my devices for both ears. She did a great job of instructions to me on how to clean and maintain them. I noticed a big improvement right off from the start. Very satisfied and glad I made the decision to buy them. The awesome personal attention and service Kayla gives is really appreciated. Any time I need a appointment for adjustments or supplies she is right there. She gets me right in and takes care of my needs Kayla is very friendly and professional. Good service and good people to work with.

For a period of several years my wife and I thought we were getting good hearing care from our 1st Hearing Specialist. However, ill fitting hearing aids that 'buzzed", were uncomfortable, and caused my wife to hear her speech echo inside her head as well as loudly chewing her food, we decided there had to be a better solution! After seeing Dr Jill's tv ad, we setup an appointment to see what could be done. Dr Jill analyzed our hearing issues and fitted my wife with a new set of top quality hearing aids that fit properly and allow her to hear clearly without any feedback or discomfort . My wife's 1 year old hearing aids were properly reprogramed to my needs and replaced my 5 year old units. We cannot believe the difference/improvement. Using them is "seamless" as once we put them on in the morning we don't think about them until removing them at bedtime. We even remind each other to be sure to remove them before showering as they're that easy to forget about. I sincerely hope this doesn't read like a "paid advertisement" because I assure you IT IS NOT. It's simply a testimony of 2 individuals that greatly appreciate what a true professional can do for your hearing and your daily quality of life. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to choose Dr Jill for our hearing care professional.

A big thanks to Alana Wenger,my Hearing Care Practitioner at the Cedar Rapids Beltone office. I have worn hearing aids since 2006. Alana took the time to show me how bad my hearing loss has become and recommended the right hearing aids for my loss. I am extremely pleased with the way she explained everything to me and how much more I can hear and understand with my new hearing aids. Thanks Alana, well done ! 😁😁

This is a very friendly, fun and understanding environment. I have menieres/tinnitus in my left ear, with the tests they performed and the hearing aids they prescribed my hearing has greatly improved. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience. Concept is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is very personable and friendly, and they always seem to go above and beyond what is needed to make sure I get the help I need.

My 90 year old mother can sometimes be difficult at her various doctor appointments; however, Lynn Hennings always treats her so patiently and kindly that she always leaves his Manchester office more positive than when she arrived!
