Hearing Aid

I have had 2 hearing aids over many years. Very pleased with Dr. Connie Lenz...very knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated. Thank you! Great job!

I thought they did a GREAT job on my ETD and tube surgery! They were very nice in regard to their bedside manner and patient interaction and it ended up working relatively well! It was pricey for sure but nothing over the top and I would definitely recommend this place!!... Although anybody that needs to get tubes in your ear as an adult (just as a lil heads up) know that your awake during the process so its wierd to see the stuff going into your ear and it kinda freaking hurts!! Its not supposed to really but it did feel nuts!

Friendly staff, a bit unprofessional, at times, but they know their stuff.

Where I went they was really nice. They work with every way they can. Location was hard to find, but after found building went in door and there it was.

My dad received a very thorough exam followed by a clear explanation of his treatment options. He loves being able to hear again

I went for an evaluation and was treated with great respect and professionalism. I will most definitely recommend the doctor I saw to everyone I know and will definitely go back when notified it's time for my next appointment.

i had to take my hearing aids to another audiologist to have them repaired after this office messed them up. maybe if you start from an ilitial consult you might be ok, but I would not take hearing aids here to have them examined or repaired..would not recommend this office at all?
