Friendly knowledgeable staff, easy to talk to and they are eager to help.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because I've never been there although they said they had I had been? so I figured I'd put something down I have a hearing deficiency so I'm sure places like this I can definitely help a person out although maybe I should in and get a hearing aid but who the hell would want to do that then out here every word my wife says no thanks I like it like this.

These people have been so incredibly patient and kind to my Grandma Grace this summer. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend them! If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

Unethical sales. My 80+ year old mother was sold a tiny hearing aid. She has a tremor, arthritis and other issues and cannot put the hearing aid in herself. The saleslady told her that was ok....her 92 year old companion could just 'do it for her'. So now she has a $6000 hearing aid that she cannot use herself and had used only a handful of times when her companion puts it in her ear for her. And once it's in she is unable to adjust it or run it or anything. She certainly was not a candidate for this particular aid. The return time window is narrow and small and she was encouraged to just keep trying. Selling an elderly lady an aid that she is obviously not going to be able to use is certainly not ethical and we will be reporting this to the state.

I had a hearing test there yesterday and found out I need hearing aid but they don't work with my insurance.

Great service and friendly staff. I recommend Hearing Unlimited to all my hard of hearing friends.
