clipped through a wire. luckily it was in warranty. they replaced it in the office and couldn’t hear. that ear has a problem anyway & thought that was the problem. volume was set high as a default. went days with hearing in one ear, getting grouchy. wife reminded me to adjust volume with toggle switch on top. had an appt to have them look at it, but cancelled. wife was right. that fixed it. happy camper again.
