Hearing Aid

Kathy is very concerned with her patients. She is more devoted to their well being than making a "sale". Her knowledge of hearing issues exceeds most (if not all) in her field. Obviously, I would highly recommend her to anyone with hearing needs.

This is from a son's point of view, not the customer. Access to the building isn't safe for elderly. There is a huge step for elderly to climb over to access. The handicap parking isn't near the entrance. Also, they don't have voicemail. It appears they have a traditional POTS line with no voicemail or tech to handle overflow calls. My father's hearing aid works about 30% of the time. He spend way too much money for something that doesn't work.

Staff was very helpful and repair my hearing aid in just few minutes. Also took time to explain why unit quit working.

THE MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SO WAS HIS SECRETARY AT THE OFFICE IN OWASSO OKLAHOMA. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A $25 GIFT CARD JUST FOR COMING IN, BUT IT HAS BEEN 9 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING OF THE GIFT CARD.

Excellent and very affordable service. If you're a cardinal baseball fan just visiting with Don Hicks is worth the trip. His office is full of history of the birds on the bat. Don repaired my wifes aids while we visited with him.
