Hearing Aid

I just returned from my annual hearing examination at Connect Hearing in Olathe. The examination included a full hearing test by Matt Chanay, H.I.S. (Hearing Instrument Specialist). After the test, Matt gave my Phonak hearing aids a thorough cleaning, recalibrated their computer settings due to some changes in my right ear, and connected the Bluetooth feature in them to my iPhone and Smart TV. Now I am good to go hearing-wise and can already tell a marked difference! I look forward to maximizing the Phonak technology to help me better enjoy everything from family and client conversations to my favorite entertainment (not to imply that my family and clients are not "entertaining"). I purchased two aids from this franchise for $7000. In my contract it said I would receive replacement batteries at no charge for 3 years. After moving to another state, I purchased two new aids of the same model which I paid $2500 for. After receiving batteries for 2 1/2 years, they told me I had reached my limit and stopped sending more. This company charges exorbitant prices and doesn't honor it's contract.

I never leave online reviews but after working with Tanner and how much he helped my family I wanted to share my experience. When my Grandfather finally (and reluctantly) agreed that he needed hearing aids we reached out to Tanner who went above and beyond to assist us. Anyone who has personally dealt with hearing loss or had a loved one deal with hearing loss understands how stressful it can be but Tanner treated us like we were his own family. It was easy to tell he genuinely cared about what was best (and most cost effective!) for our Grandpa. Tanner made the entire process easy to understand when other hearing care specialist made it seem complicated and overly expensive. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and sincerity. I do not give recommendations often but anyone in need of a hearing care specialist needs to contact Tanner at HearingCare Hearing. 5 stars is not enough for the quality of service he and his staff provides!

They don't pay their vendor bills and then declare bankruptcy to get out of being sued. They stiffed us for over $3,000. Beware of these charlatans!

This is the first out of 4 hearing aid doctors that has been able to successfully work with my mother to get her aides working correctly! So appreciate this office and the Doctors expertise. Thank you a million!

They close early on Fridays. Last 2 Fridays I got there before 4 pm to get batteries for my mom's hearing aids and they have been closed. Poor customer services..
