Always receive great service at this location no matter the problem . My largest complaint has nothing to do with the location(Ken), but with your product Genius. I spent around $200 for one when I spent $6,700 for new hearing aids. A month & a half ago it failed, after waiting over 3 weeks I finally got it back. I had it for two weeks and the new one failed, so it had to be sent back to the factory as the first one was. I assume it will take at least three MORE weeks to get a new one. Not only is that almost two months without something I bought in good faith>BUT, I am told that the one year warranty only applies to the first one and the replacement AND the next new one will still carry only the first one's warranty. So, my one year warranty has turned into only a NINE MONTH warranty as I have lost THREE MONTHS USAGE by the time I get the replacement for the second one. I feel this is totally unfair and borders on false advertising, as I expected TWELVE months trouble free usage of your Genius product . Consider this to be a totally NEGATIVE review of your product(and I have not failed to let everyone I know of the totally unfair treatment I have received. Sincerely >Barry Carroll

My experiences with American Hearing and Audiology have been life-changing. I have been a patient for about 4 years and the treatment and guidance provided by Dr. Engelmann is superb. She takes time to listen to my needs and addresses each concern I may have. She has positive relationships with other agencies in the community and has secured financial assistance from those agencies. Without that assistance, I would not have been able to afford hearing aids. Dr. Engelmann is knowledgeable, personable, and wants the best care for her patients. LeAnne, the office manager, is efficient, pleasant, and helpful. She responds timely to messages and provides a friendly greeting during office visits. I am satisfied with the services provided and I would recommend American Hearing and Audiology, Liberty location, to others.

Sam Keller has the patience of Jobe. I am a companion for a 94 1/2 year old lovely lady who was hearing at 20% capacity when I took her to see Sam. His patience, kindness, sense of humor in dealing with her and overall professionalism was beyond belief. She now has her new hearing aides and everyone that is around her are very happy. Thank you Sam!!!

If you have FEHBP Blue cross standard, you can get FREE digital hearing aids from the Hearing Aid Center in Topeka, KS. There is no paper work for you to do and no cost to you above your regular Blue cross premium.

Love this family! They are so helpful and honest! Will not go anywhere else for my hearing needs.
