But I was amazed at the time spent with me as well as the in-depth explanation of my hearing loss and options for improvements Kristina provided. She is truly caring as well as technically proficient! I walked out with "new ears" and a better life!!

They were very thorough and thoughtful in providing the exams and explanation on how to treat my tinnitus.

When my old (5 years) hearing aids were becoming less reliable, my wife did some research and told me to come to Next Gen. Casey was thoroughly professional throughout the visit. He took the time we needed to understand not only the testing process but what the findings meant. We talked about the different hearing aids and what I could expect. My order came in quickly and he helped me get them adjusted. I still can't believe how much better these new ones are compared to my old pair. I can even hear my youngest grandchildren with their soft voices. Thanks, Casey, for such a great job and a life-changing event.
