Hearing Aid

I went to Hearing Solutions last summer and took the test. I liked them because my Mother had used them and really enjoyed going there. The test concluded I should get hearing aids. Cathy was outstanding in conducting the test and then guiding me through the next steps.She didn't try to sell me anything but explained all the options and different hardware so that i could make a decision on my own. I picked out my hearing aids. When they arrived, i went in for them to be personalized for me based on the test results. I was amazed! I could literally hear a pin drop. I really could. I then went back several times as suggested by Cathy (included in prices) and had adjustments made. Each appointment started pleasantly with Wayne calling to remind me then greeting me when I arrived. Cathy always took her time to make sure the settings were perfect for me, and i mean perfect. When i complained about background noise bothering me she put on a setting to fix that. When i mentioned the Tinnitus issue, a setting to fix that (my aids have that option). Why am I writing a review today? Well, i went in this morning for cleaning. I had realized that there were some recent issues with my aids but actually didn't think anything of it and just mentioned that i found a few times i could hear better without them. Cathy was concerned about one of them and wouldn't stop working on it until she got to the root cause. There was a blockage on the cover by the microphone of my worst ear! She did some magic and.................I can hear again. I hear each click of this keyboard as i type, I really heard the thunder from a storm and had to lower the car radio. Thank you Cathy for your attention to detail and thank you Wayne for making me feel so welcome. I highly recommend Hearing Solutions. Actually, I very highly recommend Hearing Solutions. I am not related to anyone there nor personal friends with anyone. Just a pleased customer.

Everything was great. Jennifer was awesome . I always enjoy my visit with her. When I hear that someone needs a hearing evaluation, I tell them about Miracle Ear.I recommend they go and talk to Jennifer.

Good but pricey

Hearing aids are expensive. So, when you need them you want a straightforward, personal care person to meet your needs. I have found this to be the case at TKT Hearing. John had the skill to ramp up my hearing over the first year of my hearing-aid use by encouraging me to schedule an appointment (at no charge) every couple of months to discuss my progress. At each visit he adjusted the sound explaining that your ears have to adapt to the increased sensitivity to various sound wavelengths; you just can't turn the volume up full blast the first time you use the aids. Within the year he had my hearing ability up to as close to normal as I could expect. It's still not perfect, but I never anticipated it to be that way, and I can enjoy conversation, TV, and music again.

Went with my husband very friendly receptionist and staff a cute little doctor office .

Great people and selection

These sisters run a patient and caring shop. Very nice to my mother in law who needed extra attention.

They do a better job than the one in Richmond Kentucky.
