Had an appointment today and the office was closed when I arrived 15 minutes early. Called the number on the office door i was transferred to somewhere outside of Hopkinsville. I was told that I had no appointment for today. Arrived back home and had a message at a time of 20 minutes before my appointment that it had been cancelled and changed to tomorrow at the same time I have another appointment out of town. This is A very crappy way to do business.
