Hearing Aid

My new hearing aids help me to participate in choir at church and make it easier for me to interact in conversation. It helps so much to be able to be connected with my church family. The music program Heather helped me to create allows me to sing in harmony with other members of the choir and feel confident that I can offer my best singing voice in worship. I can control the volume, base and treble with the Resound app on my phone. I am very comfortable with this company. They are kind and informative and they always make me feel welcome! I'm very grateful to God that I found them! Thank you God! Thank you HEAR Services!

I have had my hearing aids for 3 years now Tennessee hearing instruments has helped me get the job I have always wanted they have great staff and they are always nice without them this job would have been impossible for me to get I would highly recommend them to anyone I cant thank them enough for what they have done for me

Poor customer service. I had an appointment for my 90 year old stepdad yesterday at 1:00 to check his hearing aides that were not working right. I was already in Knoxville when I got a call cancelling because computers were not working. I drive 30 miles to get there so imagine my surprise when I went to do some shopping in the store and they were using computers to see patients. The soonest date they could reschedule my stepdads appointment is 2 weeks. One of his aides have completely stopped working. I received no help from the women scheduling appointments to get him in earlier as I think this constitutes an emergency!!! Costco employees really don’t care about customer care in hearing center because they don’t work on commission. When my stepdad said he may have to purchase hearing aides someplace else the employee said, “whatever you want to do” . I expected more!
