I have had hearing aids for 10 years or longer. Have been to several hearing aid centers as well as medical specialists. My experience with the.people at Patriot was the best I have had thus far.. I would recommend Patriot to everyone with hearing issues. They are there to help and are. trained in the latest hearing solutions.

Traveling through town, one of my Oticon hearing aids stopped working. I called and asked if they could help and they said bring it right on in. Upon checking it, they found a wire that needed replacing and in no more than 5 minutes, I was on my way. Very nice and pleasant and no charge as I am still under Oticon warrantee. A real find! I had two Siemens hearing aids that had stopped working. I went to FHC because they handled a wide range of products. Dr Jill had the special equipment to clean them and change the filters, and they now work as well as ever. She also gave me a hearing exam and reprogrammed the aids for my current hearing profile. She was very knowledgeable about what the current technology can do. FHC also was part of a Blue Cross Tennessee program that delivers amazing discounts, such that I only owed $15 for the visit. Great service!

When we moved to Tennessee in 2004 we didn't know anyone here! Soon after settling in my hearing aid stopped working. I was very lucky to find Cumberland Hearing Aid open and willing to see me on short notice. Within minutes the problem was found, fixed and after paying a most reasonable fee I was on my way. The kindness and compasion I was shown that day has made me a return customer, purchases new heqring aids on two occasions. There were a couple of problems with the hearing aids, but fixed under warrantee in a timely manner. This is one of the few businesses that go the extra mile to make the customer happy. This is the place to buy your hearing aid if you want the best product and fitting. Their prices are much better than national chains and you won't find better service!
