Hearing Aid

Don and crew do a great job. They are quite economic, normally have hearing aids in stock, and provide several free follow up services and supplies. They are not high pressure sales people and ask numerous questions to try to find the best hearing aids taking into account the customer’s needs. I ended up with 2 mid priced units that are Bluetooth for the same price that I paid for one hearing aid 10 years ago in Knoxville. I now can answer my I-phone thru my hearing aid and talk hands free as well as hear what my wife is saying. That is, if I haven’t tuned her out.

My experience with Belltone Bristol has been outstanding! From the first call for a hearing test to each subsequent visit, I have found the entire staff to be professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. My hearing aids work so well that the volume of the TV and the car radio is half of what it was...(much to the relief of my wife). The multiple settings and having them paired with my smart phone for self-adjustments is fantastic. When I accidentally damaged one to where it didn't work properly John and Amanda were great getting them sent back for repair promptly with a quick turn around - at no charge!

Amy, at the Lehighton office of Miracle Ear is wonderful. She is always available to answer questions. Whenever I need an adjustment I can call for an appointment, even if it is not at my regular 3 month visit. Amy's receptionist, Kristine is also very accommodating and helpful.

Dr Brown and all his staff are far and above the most professional people I’ve ever encountered even though I personally am not a patient of his, my elderly Father in Law is and has been for many years now and he is ALWAYS treated with professionalism and dignity each and every time I take him there. As a lifelong (30 year) user of hearing aids, I first came to KY Hearing Clinic in December of 2016 to start the process of getting new hearing aids. At my initial appointment I was asked whether I was familiar with and/or had considered a cochlear implant instead. (They would have helped me find the right hearing aids, but I was a better candidate for the implant and would receive a much greater benefit from them.) I was familiar with implants, but had never seriously considered them and hadn't researched them in years. Dr. Austin talked with me about the pros and cons, what I could reasonably expect, and answered my questions without ever suggesting that it was anyone's decision other than my own. By January 2017 I had decided to get implanted in one ear, and the surgery was performed 3/16/17 at the University of Kentucky. My experience has been wonderful, Dr. Austin and the other ladies at KHC have been terrific to work with, and I truly cannot say that I have ever worked with better people across my 30 years and many audiologists.
