Hearing Aid

I went to thee other hearing aid dealers before Costco, there service was OK but there prices were crazy ($2800. to $7000. a pair) Tried Costco and found the service, testing to be excellent, and I got my KIrkland Signature aids for $1600. and they do everything the more expensive aids do.

Great place good doctors buy insurance with medicad will not help

Dr. Ponthier is incredible! I've witnessed her kindness and her care for patients in and out of her office. Highly recommend her and her services to anyone in our area.

Kacie Harvey is a non reliable and non trustworthy provider. My ears have been permanently damaged following her providing a medical scam diagnosis and scam negligent treatment. Don't get close to these scam people.

Excellent Professional Service

These 2 Christmas Angels saved Christmas for me !!! Samantha (LSU GRAD 👍🏻) & Veronica !!! I put fresh batteries in this morning and after awhile the left aid quit working ,, I go to the Covington location .. CLOSED !! Open Mon-Thurs UGH 🤪🤪🤪🤪 This 🎅🏼 freaks out !!! I need em & need em BAD !!! ... I goggle AUDIBEL !! Ouuu there’s 1 in Hammond !!! I call : Veronica answers sweet & concerned and wanting to help ,,, I told her the problem & told her I have a dr. Appt. then I’d be there ... so after my dr. appt. I’m headed to Hammond .. and get a phone call from Veronica concerned if I was coming ,,, told her I’d be there in about 15mins . I get there ,, she examines the aid and cleans it ... but no luck ...But .. we’re waiting on Samantha ( she’s with another patient ) ,,, then she introduces herself and we get busy trying to figure the problem out (I just know it’ll probably have to be sent off ) She goes in the back and does her MAGIC .... comes out & says “I Got it Working “ !!!!!!! Tears flowing I want to pull her ears !!! JK... SHE DID IT !!! ,,, & not only that !!! Theses high tech apparatuses are adjustable !!! She hooks em up to the computer & fine tunes them !!! And checks my hearing to see that their ZOONED IN !! To best work for me ... I CAN’T BRAG ON THESE 2 ENOUGH !!! If your ever in need of hearing assistance ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE 2 LADIES !!! And no I don’t wear them all the time like I should . But I’ll do better after Samantha explained how HEARING stimulates the Brain !!! & helps prevent dementia !! Now I just have to find a Brain !!! 😆😆😆😆😆

Lynn and Cliff are a perfect team in meeting all my hearing needs. Lynn has met my needs with the newest aids with the bluetooth features. After making many adjustments, I am able to enjoy being in the hearing world. . Cliff has the cell phone skills to troubleshoot all the problems I had with the phone. They both are very patient and professional in taking care of their client needs.
