Astronomical pricing. Complete rip off for my aging Father. I would highly recommend all individuals for need hearing aids to shop around. Not happy with the service or pricing. It was almost like an assembly line. More needs to be done to stop the inflation.

Been to other hearing places and even to some of the same franchise.
Had the free hearing test done for my mother in-law and went there to have hearing aids fitted.
Decided to go with Erin Mills due to Graham.
Graham has the patience of a saint, he really takes the time to explain everything. He books follow up appointments to make sure everything is perfect. In this age of instant profit it is rare to come by someone who is genuinely concerned about his patients.
