Excellent office with wonderful staff.

Jim Kuhn is the owner and has enormous knowledge when it comes to helping people with their hearing issues. His prices are fantastic and I found him to be a very honest man. Although I did not need it, he still makes personal house calls and does not charge for it. Quite rare in this day and age. RX Hearing is the best place to go for all your hearing concerns.

We have been very pleased with the excellent care and service we have received. All of the staff, from doctors to receptionists, are very knowledgeable and courteous. The "Healthy Hearing" classes have been very beneficial as well. It is our pleasure to highly recommend A & E Audiology to all of our friends who have asked about our experience.

I was assured initially that my hearing aid could be fixed - a broken wire; $95-125, however Heather, the young woman who interacted with me charged $250. When I questioned the amount, she replied " it might be more than the wire" Further, she didn't have the software or parts and had to send my hearing aid somewhere else. 10 business days, plus she was going on a Birthday getaway that extended the time. She checked my other aid and replaced the rubber tip. At this point, I noticed a severe loss of hearing in this device. It was so severe, I returned 2 days later to see if Heather couldn't tweak the volume. Apart from saying repeatedly "it wasn't anything I did" she was unable to increase volume, citing lack of software. At that time, I genuinely believed that she hadn't deliberately sabotaged my one good device; however, I did believe she had inadvertently reduced the efficiency. There was no attempt to correct the volume; instead, she rolled out excuses - wax in my ears, rubber tip not up to speed. Went to my doctor - no discernible wax. Finally today the repaired device was returned - works O.K., but the price was still $250. This time her rationale was that this supplier charges her $200. And she didn't budge about the wax issue even being told about the doctor exam. To sum up, this business has no discernible integrity. I was never given an itemized repair bill. It was a great experience. I have not had a hearing test like for probably 20 years. The lady was great in telling me what to do an d working with me. It was also very interesting. Charlene Butzer

Doctors Office eyes

A & E is a very well run office. From the reminder calls about the appointment to check out and everything in between was top notch. Dr. Seevers took the time to explain how the aids will work, and took the time to give me the best fit ever. I've had several sets of hearing aids before over the past 10 years (from other suppliers), but I have never felt so in tune with what's going on around me as I do now! My hearing hasn't been this good in years! I can hear my wife, my kids and my customers! Going to A&E was time and money very well spent! When my mom decided she needed hearing aids, I told her not to waste her time anywhere else.
