Hearing Aid

I was taken off my contract at work due to a hearing problem in my left ear. I went to Chesapeake Hearing on Wed. afternoon explaining I had just been fitted with a hearing aid and I needed an extensive hearing test to get back on my job ASAP. I was given an appointment on Thursday. Chesapeake forwarded the results of my hearing test right away to my employers doctor who approved my return to work. I was back to work on Friday morning. Could not have worked out better. Thanks so much.

I was welcomed by the by the doctor. I was taken to the examination area, on time. The doctor was very cordial and explained the newest technology for ungrading my hearing aids. We worked together on getting my phone connected. I left feeling happy knowing the fact that my old hearing aids will be donated to support children in need.

I think hearing professional having hearing problems because you call trying to schedule appointment nobody answers. I called several times and left voicemails but nobody is answering

I was referred here for a hearing test. The office is clean and looks professional. Everyone I interacted with in the office was pleasant and polite.

I called to bring in hearing aid for repair and I was told they were open. I went to the Laurel Office right away but it found it closed at 1:30 pm. Again closed 1 day later when I passed by there at 2:30pm. Nothing posted by door, just locked. .
