Hearing Aid

The staff here were very helpful and informative when I visited to buy my first set of hearing aids. The prices are the lowest you will find snywhere. I paid $1,700 for what many people pay $6.000 or more other places.

Kim loves and admires the Veterans of the United States Military service and will go the extra mile to make sure our system is working to HIS standards. I recently brought in my father-in-law, almost 90 yrs old and has a serious ear infection...Kim would not venture in, for fear of exacerbating the issue, but recommended an ENT specialist at the VA to step in. I truly respect that. I recommend his company completely!

My mother-in-law had had hearing aids for several years. They were expensive, but did little to help her. After coming to McCollum and talking with the staff, my m-i-l could HEAR again. The difference is so noticable and she is enjoying conversation again. Linda is so caring and goes to a lot of effort to ensure that she is hearing well and the aids are comfortable. I highly recommend Linda and staff. If you want to hear again, go to McCollum !

I have a severe loss in both ears. Worked in manufacturing for 50 years. Sonus or Frederick have helped more than any other hearing care professional I have used in past 30 years. Very caring and patient.

My experience with Professional Hearing Aid Service has been outstanding! They are very understanding and take the time to listen and address any concerns. Good service, can't beat price

So happy with my Oticon Hearing Aid but I am ecstatic with the customer service at the Hearing Aid Center. I was very anxious about taking this step and Colleen and Tootie could not be any kinder or more supportive. That has made all the difference. I am very grateful to them and to the center.

I have been wearing hearing aids 20 plus years. I work all over the northeast and get my hearing aids serviced at many different Miracle ear locations. They are all good but I must say the location in Winchester VA is above and beyond any other location I have been to. They get me in and out quickly with accurate service and adjustments.

I called several days ago about a Christmas gift for my Dad. I had ordered it December 11. It didn't arrive in time for Christmas. But I got a call from the company Christmas day. It was thoughtful of them to reach out to me today. They were trying to find it. It is Norfolk today and Dad should be able to make calls tomorrow. Thank you for going the extra mile.
