Awesome people, excellent service!!

I have been with Jacobs audiology for over 5 years now. They are just like family and by that I mean they're very friendly courteous on time with all appointments and never rude. I myself have been a real test and having to work with someone with real serious problems. She has worked with me and made my life bearable again. I would truly truly recommend Marsha Jacobs audiologist to anyone asking for help.!!!!!!!

Very professional and friendly. However ... if you are in the market for hearing aids, you can save thousands of dollars by going to Costco. I purchased a pair for $1600 at Costco which included a 180 day trial period. If you don't like them for any reason, return them for a full refund. Miracle Ear has no such trial period and costs four times as much.

They were closed

I've had two appointments at this place. Both times the appointment went well. The results of the hearing test I had done there were later confirmed by a test done at an ENT's office.

Although Frederick is a long drive from Rockville, it’s worth it to me because I’ve been working with Jennifer Cushing for years. They have several closer offices and many great Audiologists, but I think Jennifer is the best. She’s very professional and friendly, she never rushes through an exam or maintenance and I always feel like she’s acting on my best interest. The office is really comfortable and they even have a Keurig for great coffee! The receptionist, Sarah, is awesome. I’ve used several audiology shops over the years, but Live Better Hearing is by far the best!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The examiner was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The exam was thorough. I will recommend them to my friends.

Change in ownership is a big plus. Kelly is great and excellent at working with her clients. She was extremely helpful when serving my mom.
