The Mass.Audiology group in Waltham, MA were very helpful when it was time to get hearing aids for my brother. He was a little nervous at first, but was treated well there. And he actually 'wears' his hearing aids (not like some of his buddies who keep them in the drawer). I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about what to do. No pressure there at all.

I have gone to 3 different places to get fit with hearing aids, all of them treated me like a customer but at family hearing care center they did not treat me like a customer, they treated me like family, I felt that they were really concerned about my problem and they really wanted to help me. Dr. John Klefeker, I have never seen somebody like him, he makes you feel special!, he's a great Doctor! I got fitted with my hearing aids there 2 years ago and I can hear much better when I wear them. I just wanna give a big THANKS to Dr. John and all The staff that works there! Tiago.

Went there with an elderly friend of mine who needed a hearing aid the staff was very friendly and helpful he walked out of there with what he was looking for but they are very expensive my friend paid more then 4000 for his hearing aid with no help from insurance so I hope you never need one cause that's a car your going to be putting in your ears lol
