I bought Phonak Audeo hearing aids from Ally at HH&SS and I couldn't be happier with either the hearing aids themselves, or with the service and expertise that Ally provided. The hearing aids perform beyond my expectations and the suggestions that Ally provided were VERY helpful. Without Ally's suggestions I would not have gotten the optimum hearing aids. ABSOLUTELY NO pressure, just excellent suggestions based on experience. VERY highly recommended!!

We brought my 7 yr old special needs granddaughter there yesterday . They are not kid friendly. My granddaughter is very inquisitive and likes to look at everything so she opened the cabinets and found brochures. The lady got right in her face and was yelling at her. If you can't deal with children (especially special needs) maybe you should rethink your profession. We will not be going back there anytime soon .
P .S . This is the mother now she's lucky I didn't kick her in her face .
