Samina Khan was very helpful and personable when I visited her to resolve issues with my hearing aids. When she didn’t have an answer on a device she quickly obtained it in a few minutes with a phone call or online search. She helped me select new hearing aids that allow me to take phone calls and listen to TV programs direct to my ears. And she had my old hearing aids refurbished with a new ear mold and updated programming to fit my needs. The old hearing aids now function for me better than they ever did. It's interesting to give 3 stars to a place where I walked away without hearing aids. I tried on two different brands of in-the-ears, Phonak and Siemens, and they were terrible. My hearing was worse than if I wore no hearing aids at all. It was a mystery to me and Audio Hearing. A reputable company like Siemens couldn't possibly make a hearing aid that bad and still stay in business. So it remains a mystery. The only possibility I can think of is the fitting and adjustments, but Audio Hearing readjusted several times. I don't know what to advise. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and made a full refund.
